Unfortunately, we do not. We have found that in most devices, the glass and LCD are fused together (full Display Assembly), and it is both cheaper and more reliable in the long run to replace the entire Display Assembly at the same time. We have seen a few phones that have came from other shops after a Glass Only repair with permanent motherboard damage as well. Glass Only repairs are highly not recommended for any device that has a fused Display Assembly.

No, we do not need your SIM card, but without it we cannot fully test your device.

When you visit us for mobile phone repair, tablet repair, game console repair, or computer repair, we will review your device and provide a full diagnostic report of the device. Based on the problem, we can offer an estimate and time when you can expect to pick up your repaired mobile device. Depending on the severity of the problem, you are free to wait or return later for pick up while you visit the beautiful sites that Madera, CA has to offer. This depends of the amount of data recovered, however we can provide data on USB sticks, DVD’s and external hard drives to ensure you receive your data as soon as possible.

Unfortunately there are such cases if the device is too badly damaged or the data has been destroyed. In such a case we’ll simply ask you to cover the return shipping fee to courier your phone, computer, laptop, or tablet back to you. We do also offer Advanced Data Recovery options as well for extremely valuable data.

Typically we do not require the sim card from the phone, however most sim cards are used to store contacts and so may prove valuable if this is the type of data your are looking for. Please speak to our team if you are unsure.

We only use 100% genuine parts where possible. If original parts are not available we will source the next best thing, OEM parts, from the same factories that produce the parts. We do also offer High Quality parts for those looking for a more cost-effective solution for their repair.

We accept all major credit or debit cards. If your coming to collect in person, you can pay by cash or check. Payment by PayPal can be arranged by special request.

Yes, we require a Real ID compliant identification card or other accepted form of government issued ID. This is due to the nature of the repairs we are able to perform and for your security and protection. Generally speaking, we only ask for your ID once while issuing you a Claim Ticket, which is our internal version of an ID card for your device. Please note that School IDs are not Real ID compliant and, therefor, are not accepted.

*** Special Note for Non-Real ID complaint states***: Your individual state IDs will still be accepted till June 15, 2025. After that date, a Real ID compliant ID will be required.

Yes, however, you must ether have the Apple ID used to lock the device or the original receipt from an authorized seller, along with 2 forms of ID.
